Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false, abusive, or automated requests.

Release requests

Submitting a release or preorder request does not create a paid order, guarantee inventory, reserve a numbered bottle, or finalize shipping or pickup. A request becomes an order only after Padilla's Peppers confirms availability and provides separate payment and fulfillment terms.

Product information

Catalog prices and the $4.99 shipping estimate apply to the current release-request catalog. Recipes, ingredients, availability, bottle details, and release timing may change before a paid order is accepted. Records marked sealed do not make product claims.

Challenge sauces

High-heat sauces should be used responsibly, kept away from children and pets, and never served as a prank or without the taster's knowledge. Follow the final bottle label when products are released.

Brand and artwork

Site copy, artwork, labels, product names, and Aethoria worldbuilding may not be copied or sold without written permission.

Changes

These terms may be updated as ordering and fulfillment features change. The current effective date will remain at the top of this page.
