Contact and release-request forms may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, product interests, fulfillment preference, shipping details, and any notes you choose to provide.

How information is used

Information is used to answer questions, manage release requests, provide requested release updates, prevent abuse, and prepare fulfillment details if a request is later confirmed.

Storage and service providers

Form submissions, including contact details and requested bottles, are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to our business email account. FormSubmit retains submissions for up to 30 days. Cart and recent request details may also be stored locally in your browser so the site can preserve your selections. The site does not currently offer customer accounts or use advertising cookies.

Payment data

The website does not currently collect payment information. After confirming your reservation, we may send an invoice or arrange payment through PayPal, Cash App, or another agreed provider. Payment details are handled by that provider; do not include card or bank details in website forms.

Spam protection

Forms use basic server-side validation, size limits, rate limiting, and hidden anti-spam fields to reduce abuse.

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete information you submitted, or ask to be removed from the release list. Browser-stored cart data can be cleared through your browser settings.

Policy updates

Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
