Fulfillment without mystery.
Current requests collect no payment. Shipping and return terms are confirmed before any request becomes a paid order.
Shipping
A flat $4.99 shipping estimate is shown for priced bottles in the current release-request catalog. It is not charged when a request is submitted. Final availability, destination eligibility, carrier, timing, and shipping cost will be confirmed before payment.
Local pickup
You may request pickup instead of shipping. Pickup is not guaranteed and will be arranged directly if it is available for the release.
Returns
No return is created by a release request because no product is shipped and no payment is collected at that stage. The return and refund terms for a paid order will be provided before payment is accepted.
Damaged orders
If a confirmed shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, contact padillaspeppers@gmail.com promptly with the confirmation number and clear photos of the package and product so the issue can be reviewed.
